How does the booking process work? β–Ύ
Send your request via the contact form or email. You'll receive a confirmation, followed by a PayPal invoice. Once payment is complete, upload your stems via Dropbox (or a similar service) and we get to work.
Which payment methods do you accept? β–Ύ
We send a PayPal invoice. You can pay via your PayPal account or with any major credit/debit card β€” no PayPal account needed.
How many revisions are included? β–Ύ
Every project includes up to 3 free revisions. Additional revisions beyond that can be arranged for a small fee.
What format will I receive the final file in? β–Ύ
You will receive a 24-bit WAV file β€” the industry standard, ready for distribution or further processing.
How long does the turnaround take? β–Ύ
In most cases you'll receive a preview mix within 24–48 hours. Final delivery is typically within 48–72 hours depending on current workload.
How many stems can I send? β–Ύ
The price includes up to 30 stems. If your project has more, please reach out beforehand β€” pricing may vary based on the additional workload.
Can I send MP3 files instead of WAV? β–Ύ
We strongly prefer WAV or AIFF files for optimal quality. MP3s are lossy and can limit what we can do in the mix. If WAV isn't possible, contact us first.
What sample rate should my stems be? β–Ύ
Ideally 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz at 24-bit. We can work with other settings but please let us know when you submit your files.
Do I need to label my stems in a specific way? β–Ύ
Clear labeling helps a lot: e.g. "Kick.wav", "Bass.wav", "Lead_Synth.wav". No strict format required but descriptive names speed up the process.
Do my vocals need to be tuned before sending? β–Ύ
Not necessarily. Tuning and timing corrections are included in the Vocal Mixing service. However, the better the raw performance, the better the final result.
Is vocal editing included? β–Ύ
Yes β€” pitch correction, timing alignment, de-essing, and breath control are all part of the vocal mixing process.
What's the difference between Beat Mixing and Vocal Mixing? β–Ύ
Beat Mixing focuses on your instrumental β€” balancing all the elements so the beat sounds punchy and polished. Vocal Mixing adds your vocals into the mix with full processing, tuning, and blending with the beat.
Should I send the beat separately from the vocals? β–Ύ
Yes β€” send the beat as a stereo mix (or individual stems if available) and all vocal tracks separately. The more control we have, the better the result.
Is mastering included in the mixing price? β–Ύ
No β€” mixing and mastering are separate services. However, we offer a bundle (Mix + Master) at a 20% discount. Check the bundle option at the top of this page.
What file format should I send for mastering? β–Ύ
Send a high-quality stereo mix: WAV, AIFF, or FLAC at 24-bit, 44.1 kHz or higher. Leave at least 3–6 dB of headroom (don't maximize the mix).
Will my track be loud enough for streaming platforms? β–Ύ
Absolutely. We master to streaming-standard loudness targets (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) β€” loud, clean, and competitive without distortion.
What do I receive after mastering? β–Ύ
A 24-bit WAV mastered file, ready for digital distribution. On request we can also provide an MP3 version.
